What the exam covers
The exam guide has five sections:
- Setting up a cloud solution environment
- Planning and configuring a cloud solution
- Deploying and implementing a cloud solution
- Ensuring successful operation of a cloud solution
- Configuring access and security
Exam format
- Two hours, 50 to 60 questions
- Valid for three years

Who it’s for
Administrators, engineers and developers who run workloads on Google Cloud, and anyone working toward the Professional Cloud Architect.
How to prepare
- Practice with the gcloud command line, not just the console.
- Know projects, billing accounts, IAM roles and service accounts well.
- Deploy something on Compute Engine, GKE and Cloud Run so the differences are real to you.
- Learn Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging basics.
- Use Google Cloud Skills Boost labs and the official sample questions.
