Azure Fundamentals is Microsoft’s entry-level cloud certification. It covers cloud concepts, the core Azure services, and how Azure is managed, secured and priced. It’s a good first certification for technical and non-technical people alike.
I passed AZ-900 in January 2026. On this page you’ll find what the exam covers, how I’d prepare if I were starting today, a free study plan, and ways to work with me if you want help getting across the line.
